We believe the best way to grow as a team is to step out of the office and into something a little unexpected. It wasn't just a team building day, but a journey that brought us even closer together.
In the morning, we teamed up for an orienteering challenge — racing against the clock with just a map and a whole lot of teamwork to guide us through checkpoints and surprise missions. Later in the day, we dove into a hands-on LEGO challenge. With "Sustainable Cities" as our theme, we build our vision of a greener future together. Throughout the day, we saw how every teammate is a vital piece of our ideal team puzzle. It's the passion and dedication of each colleague that makes every step forward at Formosa Solar stronger and more united.
