Based on the frequency of interaction, the level of mutual influence, and the significance of each stakeholder to Formosa Solar, our internal discussions and reference to similar industries lead to the identification of nine major stakeholder categories essential to Formosa Solar. Formosa Solar had invited these stakeholders to participate in the evaluation of material topics.
