Suppliers are asked for align with the company's supplier code of conduct, committing to integrity and signing statements against forced labor.

A comprehensive system and communication channels for information disclosure are in place, and relevant information is readily available on the company's website. Formosa Solar published its ESG report by the end of 2023 voluntarily.
