E.SUN Bank announced that it is organizing a NT$12.5 billion syndicated loan for Formosa solar renewable power Group. The loan was signed in January and was jointly organized by E.SUN Bank, Bank SinoPac, Taipei Fubon Bank, and KGI Bank. E.SUN Bank acted as the lead bank, project financial model coordinator, and project account bank.
